Hmmm, I found "True Stories in One Sentence- Fun Stuff" rather interesting. Enjoyed cruising around the Web 2.o award winners in general.
I need more time to really explore the depths of these sites..... they look promising though in terms of introducing them to my students.

I had fun with the image generator - happy to have a record of our Harmony Day on my Blog. Must learn how to edit the image to fit to the blog site. I tried to edit it but didn't have much luck.

I have just completed my lesson plan for tomorrow. Now I may be a little over zealous at this point but I plan to get my students to set up a blog. I have thought about it, and yep, I'm going to take the plunge. It really is a case of the blind leading the blind (but as they say: in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king) but hey, my very savy computer literate students will no doubt have it up and running before I can say ' syn....syndi....syndication'

Well ! RSS.... Really Simple Syndication...... after an hour I found this leads to RSS Really Simple Syncopation (head banging stuff) which has inevitably lead me to RCC....Really Chronic Constipation.... you get it from sitting on your office chair trying to work out what this is all leading to.
So far I've 'subscribed' to '101 cookbooks' without really wanting to.....and I think I inadvertently subcribed to a site that looks like it will improve my life a thousand fold ( on a real 'personal' level..oh dear). I then backtracked .... needed to see what I was doing wrong and I clicked on a video of a guy who was either giving me the peace sign or he was having a secret laugh. I found out in the end he was counting down the RSS - Real Simple Steps (4 dummies) with his fingers. He was underlining the fact that RSS was all about saving time. I just need to subscribe my life away and my life will be RSS..... Really & Surely Stuffed.
